We offer non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including wheelchair-accessible vehicle transit, ambulatory rides, senior transportation, recurring trips for dialysis and chemotherapy, hospital/clinic visits, and local errand runs.
We are based in North Andover, MA (Essex County), and serve neighboring communities including Andover, Methuen, Tewksbury, Lowell, and Haverhill. We also provide trips to major regional medical centers such as Lawrence General Hospital, Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, Lowell General Hospital, and hospitals across the Boston area.
We operate 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, allowing you to schedule early morning procedures, regular day treatments, or evening medical appointments.
Our rates are flat, transparent, and confirmed before every single trip so there are never any unexpected fees:
Local Trips (Within 5 Miles): Ambulatory ($35) | Senior ($40) | Wheelchair ($55)
Mid-Distance Trips (Within 22 Miles): Ambulatory ($50) | Senior ($55) | Wheelchair ($70)
Long-Distance Trips (Within 28 Miles): Ambulatory ($70) | Senior ($75) | Wheelchair ($110)
Yes. Every ride includes full door-to-door driver assistance. We help passengers safely navigate from their front door into the vehicle, and straight to the lobby of their destination.
Yes! We operate dedicated wheelchair-accessible vans equipped with sturdy loading ramps and safe tie-down systems to ensure a secure, comfortable journey.

Absolutely. We specialize in recurring transportation for ongoing medical schedules, such as regular dialysis treatments, chemotherapy sessions, or physical therapy regimens.
We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee your preferred pick-up time, though we do our best to accommodate short-notice scheduling based on vehicle availability.
